History: HyperSync is the principle behind the Dunknow 20 program. It was recently developed by the United State Olympic Commission and perfected by the Dunknow Corporation. concave part of the graph which is labeled just under the term 'Z'. Our results showed a gain of 7 inches on our subject's vertical jump with old traditional training. However, with HyperSync our test subject completed the first phase which trained the main muscle, here being the hamstring, and had mediocre gains of about 6 inches but then shocked and confused the main muscle by attacking the contiguous muscle from a training standpoint. This propelled the gains from point z to point zmax, for total gains of 12 inches.
